Pre-order your Pastured Poultry now before they are sold out!  Because of a surge in demand for broiler chicks early this year, our hatchery was sold out until August, and we will only be raising and processing 1 batch of 90 birds for all of 2025. 
 
Your deposit of $10 per bird will reserve your pasture raised whole chicken for pick up on Chicken Day which will be Friday, October 3.  Final payment of the remaining balance will be due at pickup.  The 2025 price for our Pasture Poultry is $5.35 per lb.  Typical finished weight of each bird after processing is 4.0-5.0 lb.  If you prefer a small, medium or large bird, please indicate so in the comments field on your order.
 
Additional processing options are available but must be selected and paid for at time of pre-order:
8-pc cut up (whole bird, bone-in) - $1.50 per bird,
Clean & save feet - $0.50 per bird and
Clean & save giblets - $0.50 per bird.
