Pre-order your Pastured Poultry for 2026.  This year we will have 2 batches of birds instead of only one with processing dates in June and again in early October.  By pre-ordering each year you are guaranteed to receive some of our premium, GMO-free birds from our limited supply, and you have the opportunity to select your preferred processing options (see below) for each bird.  
 
Your deposit of $10 per bird will reserve your pasture raised chicken for pick up on our Chicken Days on June 18 and in October 8.  Final payment of the remaining balance will be due at pickup.  The 2026 price for our Pastured Poultry is $5.55 per lb (or $9.50 per lb for ground chicken).  
 
Typical finished weight of each bird after processing is 4.0-5.0 lb [2.0 lb if de-boned & ground].  If you prefer a small, medium or large bird, please indicate so in the comments field on your order.
 
Additional processing options are available but must be selected and paid for at time of pre-order:
8-pc cut up (whole bird, bone-in) - $1.50 per bird
2-pc cut up (whole bird, bone-in) - $1.00 per bird,
Clean & save feet - $0.50 per bird,
Clean & save giblets - $0.50 per bird and
De-boned & Ground (NEW OFFERING for 2026) - $3.00 per bird.
